There were four interviews, each about a week apart. Everyone was kind and welcoming. The first was a talk with HR, then with the direct supervisor, then with two directors, and finally with three members of the content team. All questions were pretty expected. Make sure you know what NACD is/does because they ask you that pretty much every round.
