I applied online, first I had a phone call of about 30 minutes, where we talked about my experience and the company. Then I got a home assignment which took me about 10 hours to complete. Next I got an interview over google hangouts with 2 software engineers, they were difficult to deal with and a bit arrogant with me. There was a coding exercise and they were continuously questioning what I was starting to do. The online IDE didn't work very well either. Feedback was too harsh and a bit disrespectful, but at least there was some feedback.
