Started with group activities, progressed to a written exercise and finished with a one-on-one interview. All in all was very easy-going, and free food + drinks were provided. One of my favourite interview experiences.

Es ging sehr gut, die person war nett und war auch bereit, meine fragen zu beantworten. Die interviewperson hat meinen lebenslauf im voraus gelesen. Insgesamt schnell und effektiv. Bein naechsten mal werde ich mich im community management bewerben.

Group assessment center. A TL hired me because another TL worked with me in the same job center beforehand. They made money off hiring each other's picks, through the referral program. They got away with it in the end, although the heads of CS were informed of the malpractice.
