I started the interview process with N26 and the phone screen was a really strange experience. The recruiter gave the impression of not being very interested and was questioning all my answers to their questions by continuously interrupting me. Never experienced something similarly before. Might just be one recruiter, but it did not reflect well on their company culture.

I received a candidate pack that outlined all the interviews. Overall, they’re quite straightforward, just make sure to study LeetCode and system design. That said, don’t underestimate the final behavioral interview. You’ll be under pressure, so it’s important to prepare thoroughly.
I managed to complete the entire interview process and received positive feedback along the way, but I was ultimately rejected in the final stage.
