This is the first time I have interviewed at a game company where the interview process was laid out via a highly informative PowerPoint with information about the game company, the culture and the people to be interviewed by. I was extremely impressed and felt a sense of security in knowing what the interview process was like. Interviewing for a job is already an intimidating process, so having this document helps alleviate the feeling of stress and uncertainty.
