Had a phone screening and was moved on to the in-person interview. Had two good conversations, and one poor one. The meeting with someone from Engineering was an awful experience. They answered phone call and was clearly texting/googling while I was answering questions. They also started the interview by saying “I don’t read resumes and I haven’t read yours”. After the in/person, I never heard from them again (was ghosted). They said they only had one other person at that stage of interviews too (it was the final round).
