I applied through employment agency. Day 1 I went at sector 3 for Interview I have to wait around half an hour and than office boy come up with some questions which are not related to finance however I solved the questions in half and hour and give to him then after another half an hour he came with interviewer . He asked questions related to account and finance and he has good knowledge It took 1 hour approx. Then he told me that I have to come another day as seniors are not available. After one day I got call and went there for second round as usual I have to wait around hour there then one lady came. She asked 2-3 questions about ESIC and all. She haven't asked questions related to roll specific and she was in hurry. it took only 10 minutes she said for the wait. Then he came and said to leave for the day. Please respect the interviee and their time. If you not really want to hire then don't call for interview. Worst experience ever. Please complete interview process with experience Interviewer. It will beneficial for company and future candidates.
