I applied with the understanding I will be working remote, so the interview took place over Zoom. We discussed my past work experience, both in agriculture and in hospitality and gaming, and how my previous roles would translate to working with MyLand. The interviewer shared not only his role in MyLand, but how he anticipates the company to expand in the future. It was super informative and gave me a great visual of what's to come.
