Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 días. Acudí a una entrevista en MyClean (New York, NY)

      Entrevista

Applied via Craigslist, got called next day. The interview was more the HR lady talking non stop. I hardly spoke. It was like she was trying to convince me. Should have been a red flag. Then, had in office with her the next day where she talked more, also met COO. The day after that met CEO and was offered the job.

Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en MyClean en oct 2017

      Entrevista

Applied for the position on Indeed. Received an email correspondence the next morning asking to schedule an interview. As I work on the Upper West Side, I advised them that I would have to work around my schedule to interview or not do it at all. They scheduled me for an early 730am timeslot on Wednesday, one the two interview days they had available. I acquiesced and confirmed. During this entire back and forth the responses from HR were usually one word emails as if they were IM'ing a friend. Should have been a red flag as the company is known for its high turnover, contrary to the clearly planted reviews on this site. The day of my interview I left an hour early, but of course MTA and their incompetence resulted in massive train delays. As a courtesy I emailed the HR person (the one who left one word responses and didn't even have a company signature in their email) that I was delayed by 10 to 15 minutes. In more professional companies the resulting correspondence would have either been a thanks for the heads up, or a brief explanation of why my being late would disqualify me from the interview. Instead I received an email saying "don't bother." At this point I was on the elevator heading up to the floor (two minutes late, but much earlier than the 15 I advised earlier). I quickly pushed the first floor button and left. I then responded back to the person (still don't know their name because they didn't have a signature) about their clear lack of professionalism. They then responded back in a juvenile fashion, essentially stating how I was at fault for being late and how they worked around my schedule to interview me (after I told them my availability and lost hours from my work to be there). If I were you I'd avoid this company unless you like to deal with self absorbed unprofessionalism and incompetence.
