The interview was extremely harsh. They asked me so many questions about strategy and there were no mention of having to build a strategy or having the skills in the job description. I was supposed to have full knowledge of campaign strategy and e-commerce as a junior designer. Before being grilled for more than an hour I had to write a general test to see if I actually had brain cells.
