Hiring process is long but good.ist they take written,then they take face to face interview ,if selected they send you for 1 week training at their training centres where u will get free stay and food.

It was lenient and i personally believe that with good communication skills everyone can crack the interview .Always empathize on providing value to organization .The pay is also good .but remember they have 2-year employment bond system.
