Standard initial interview with HR, second interview with hiring manager and then if selected move on to two hours simulation to be “graded” and reviewed. Nice people, refer to interviews as chats but definitely have a idea of who/what they are looking for in an employee. Do not be deceived by the relaxed manner of your interviewer. Seem to be seeking those who’s skill set aligns almost identically with role didn’t seem too interested in learning more about transferable skills and how they could apply.

The recruiter was very engaged at first. I had a prescreening call with them and then was called back for an interview with the hiring manager which was a very pleasant experience. Then, was called back to do a 30-mins live practice of the technology with a simulation specialist, which was recorded for later review. Finally, I was requested to complete a 1.5 hours exercise. After this entire time investment, the recruiter flat out ghosted me without so much as letting me know if I am still considered or rejected.
