When scheduling interviews, were not aware of holidays and when client would be working. Communication and dates were miscommunicated and during the interview applicant had to be on camera but interviews were had theirs turned off. Training classes were stretch for 8 hours, like it was the only thing you had to do. No called back at all on decision and left in limbo.
