Pre-interview communication was unremarkable. Interview was a group interview conducted by phone. Interview was cordial and group members put me at ease. Post-interview communication was excellent. The candor of the hiring manager was beyond what I expected. I visited and spent an entire day there after I was told I was the first choice candidate, and an offer was made while I was there. Hiring manager spent a great deal of time introducing me to a wide range of managers and staff and arranging meetings with key people. Overall very good experience.
