The interview process is fairly straight forward and they will ask you to do a demo using their product. The problem with this aspect is that every organization does things differently and the language can be different. Having less than 24 hours to prepare a presentation on a topic you know little about places the individual at a disadvantage. It would be better for them to allow the candidate to present on a topic they know and are passionate about. Intimately after 4 interviews, I was ghosted. Those in the hiring position should understand that those applying are placing their heart and souls into the process and deserve at least a thank you but no thank you. I thoroughly enjoyed the two gentlemen I interviewed with and had high hopes but it didn't happen.
