The interview process was an engaging experience. The 3 stages of the recruitment process really gave me the platform to showcase all my skills and talents, allowing me to draw on experiences from both my professional and personal achievements. The support given to me throughout the process by Sasha was extremely helpful.

Tell us of a time you delivered a track record of results and what were the challenges you overcame?

4 Stages
Starting with an initial call with someone from the team, as a screening.
Then 3 following interviews.
1 with other current coaches doing a teaching micro lesson (20mins on waterfall v agile)
1 with the team leader
1 with a member of senior management

Pregunta 1
All interviews sort of over flat - its all about demonstration of evidence to how you align with these 4 points (1. Coachability, 2. Intelligence, 3. Track record, and 4. Character).
Each interview may focus on one area more than the others, depending on how you answered the previous interview q's.
Lon g process, but I managed to get it done within a few weeks. Meeting all these people gave me a great opportunity to question them and ensure it was a good fit for me.
