After applying for a job, I got a phone call from a recruiter. The conversation lasted for about 20-30 minutes, where I was asked to introduce myself and if I have any market research experience. After a week a got a second call from the same person through Skype to talk about the position. The interview process goes very fast and the people working there are also very nice and open.
