They sent me an email and scheduled an interview for two weeks later. They also asked for my transcript. I was interviewed by the manager of the analysis group and by their only CFD engineer. Their interviewing style was very informal. I was not asked weird behavioral questions. The CFD engineer asked me a lot of technical questions which I managed to answer them thoroughly. But I followed up in two weeks and the manager told me that he was not going to hire me and he was looking for someone with more experience in the automotive industry.
