During the recruitment there were four rounds of interview discussion conducted. HR team has clarified all my questions doubts from very initial interaction. During each round of the discussion interview panel was clear about their objective and we had very organic conversion. They responded all my questions as well. Over all it was very productive round of discussions with them.

First Round: Technical Interview Second Round: Practical Exam I am really disappointed with the interview process as they already taken my interviews(First Round & Second Round) couple of days ago. After some days they suddenly called me and said "you are selected, just come with pay sleep & original mark sheets for HR round". Next day they took another technical interview (which i am unaware about) after that they told me that your skills are not matching our requirements, you are not selected. It seems that there is communication gap between the management too, as I talked to them Next day, the HR herself confused by saying "Management only told me that candidate has been selected". Moreover HR also replied that she will talk to Management again and will call me back, no acknowledgement yet and I am still waiting for her reply. The thing is that they are not knowing the meaning of "To be Professional". I am least concerned about the result but the way they treated is completely not professional, also it wasted my so much time as I took holiday in my current company.
