Application Process: 1) I came to know about the opening for the QA position from a Job related groups in Facebook. 2) Then I have sent my resume to the HR department of Multidots. 3) Got a call from the HR team regarding the interview schedule and also had some conversations regarding my work experiences, salary expectations as well as brief idea of the interview process. The above process was great. It was a smooth process and in this process everything was discussed clearly and in brief. Interview Process: 1) I had a telephonic interview round with the technical team of Multidots. 2) Got a mail regarding the next practical round which was scheduled next day. I have completed the given tasks and submitted my task. 3) I receive a mail for scheduling another telephonic round with the QA team lead on the very next day. 4) This was the last round of interview process, which covered all the areas regarding my past experiences, salary. I appreciate the way the above rounds were conducted. The technical round was little challenging. Personally I felt that the practical round was the best round. Hand-offs to the timeliness. Overall Feedback: The recruiting process of the Multidots was great. I don’t think that there is any changes required in the above process. I really appreciate the way the recruiting process was conducted.
