I met with the owner, then met the HR manager, then met my future boss. This was a totally disconnected process where each told me something different. Believing that it would all be resolved and the company would stand by what the owner told me, I took the job. I was wrong. The owner said "oops" I made a mistake. I was told I would have product and process training, Instead I got 5 minutes and a tour. The interview sold me a wonderful company, amazing product and the opportunity to make a lot of money. That was not the case at all. This is the worst company that I have every worked for in my 25 year professional career.
