I applied and was contacted with 48 for an interview that was scheduled for a few days later and and was notified of the outcome 3 days later. Very efficient.
The interviewers asked thoughtful questions and provided good insight to the culture of their clinic. I was instantly at ease and wished all interviews couple be a positive as this one.

Each question usually has some kind of tie in, so my advice would look at each value and see where you align with it, and think of an example of when you exhibited it or why it is important in healthcare.
