Asked easy questions, very informal. If they like you, they hire you. You may meet with an Assistant Nurse manager. Be prepared to talk about previous experience. They are very willing to hire new graduates, as they are the least costly to employ. You should ask about staff turnover, employee engagement and why you should want to work for them. You are the commodity, not them. They are hemorrhaging staff across the entire hospital. A good gauge of the unit you are applying to is, how many are you looking to hire? Ask why they have so many openings. Ask what support you will get and training.

Quick response, very smooth, friendly, efficient. Interview itself took about 30 min long, nursing manager was very nice and answerd all my questions in detail. HR was nice, emails are answered quickly.
