This was a phone call interview. The hiring recruiter sounded like she was reading a script and going with the motions. The energy, the vibe, and the initial person-to-person relationship were not there. I felt like I was talking to a robot. Normally I come off with very high energy and very personable explaining my experience and what I can bring to the team. About 10 mins in I didn't feel like I wanted to work there. I wasted my time.
