Very thorough, intense, and rewarding interview experience. From the initial screening to the final round with the Global Head, it was a very well thought out and effective process. Every interviewer has a unique and creative approach to their questioning so it is less "interviewy" and more personable if that makes sense. Definitely come prepared to communicate why MuleSoft, why you, why now.
Recruiter phone screen, manager interview, regional vp interview, group interview, very clear communication from recruiter throughout entire process. Expectation of each step were set accurately, gave me plenty of prep help, great overall experience.

First a Phone Screening with a recruiter, then a mock call with hiring manager and then a final interview. The process usually takes 2 weeks so pretty quick compared to other companies.

The interview process was challenging but exhilarating. There were ample opportunities to share what individual research I had done but also learn from my recruiter and interviewers. I found my recruiter helpful every step of the way.
