      Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en MuleSoft (Londres, Inglaterra) en jul 2016

      Entrevista

      After submitting the C.V. I was scheduled for a phone interview, The recruiting manager was to call me. I felt was unprofessional, called later than the scheduled time. While waiting i emailed the interviewer to check if all was well, to which I received no reply. The interviewer was rushed and had a concern I was overqualified for the job. Seemed disinterested appeared as if the decision was made before the interview, unfortunately. I received an email a few days after the interview saying that my profile was not a good match for the job. Was not given an offer. Just checked the job is still open for recruitment. At the end of the interview I asked what kind of person are you looking for, for this role. I thought I was an ideal fit for the role.

      Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry that you felt we rushed the process and that the decision was made before taking up your time to chat. We are actively working to ensure our team responds to every message and email. While we do want to be upfront about when a candidate's past experience may not be a fit for a role, we did not communicate that very well in this situation. I appreciate you taking the time to interview with us!
