Undertook an interview process with Mukuru for approximately 2 and a half months. I presented my case study, didn't hear back for a month only to discover on LinkedIn that they had already filled the role. They ghosted me, never received a rejection mail or response when I tried to find out more. Absolutely abysmal approach to people and hiring best practice. I'm shocked that they're considered a "top employer". Not an apology or an effort to engage on their lack of professionalism. This rings alarm bells when considering they're an FSP that should be developing public trust. Don't apply for work here, your time will be wasted and your efforts disrespected.
