Muck Rack offers probably the best interview experience I’ve had. The process overall took 6 weeks, and each round or panel interview was scheduled very promptly. The recruiters themselves (Maggie and Odlenika) were so kind, and the communication of expectations/the process were very thorough. Every person I spoke with in the RevOps department was very warm, knowledgable, and knew their stuff. Being able to interview with your direct report was really refreshing, because they should also have a say in who their manager is. Clearly, Muck Rack puts great care into not only who they’re bringing in, but also making sure the people already in their employ have the best experience possible. Though I ultimately did not get an offer, I appreciated that the recruiter offers you time on their calendar for feedback. This can only be helpful, and I did take advantage of that. I would love to one day join this incredible team, and I hope to stay on their radar. 5-star service all the way.
