      The interview process was very thorough. I had the opportunity to meet with various members within the department and the team. The process included a take home assessment and also meeting with members of the upper management team.

      The interview process was straight forward but unprofessional. The manager who interviewed me was unengaged and never acknowledged my thank you note. The manager had also been with the company under a year and the other team they were hiring had no current manager. Blaring red flags that leadership tenure was so low.

We have had some manager transitions in the past year and recognize that rebuilding takes time but we’re confident in the management team we have in place today.       Pretty straightforward process over a three week timeframe. Recruiter screening, hiring manager, assignment, panel with two team members and last step is meeting with the CRO. I really enjoyed my conversations with the team and the recruiting team was very communicative throughout. Unfortunately didn’t get moved to the last step but was still pleased with the process.
