The interview went well, but the process was a bit unorganized. Despite this, I felt confident in my responses, and the conversation flowed well. Overall, it was an ok experience.

The interview was mostly virtual. It was a good length and would say it was more assessing your personality and experience for the position. The job was very customer service based so they had to assess if that would be a good fit.
