Very worst company. Even after clearing 2 Technical rounds(each round was about 40-50 min), 1 Managerial round and HR discussion they did not release the offer. As I was an immediate joiner they asked me to join next day and I agreed to it. But they didn't release the offer. Next day I called HR and she told that final level approval is pending and they need approvals from US team and due to time zone issue it will take one more day. From next day HR did not respond to my calls. Finally I got a rejection mail and the reason for the rejection is they hired someone who is on bench. They gave me this ridiculous answer after wasting my time for 2 weeks.
