Hostile Interviewers. HR did his job fairly good and they were nice. HR sent me a JD which aligned business side. However, Lead interviewer had different JD and it was different from what HR sent to me. It was senior role but interviewers never went away from Engineer level questions. I interrupted them telling what they are asking do not match the Role and JD at all. The lead interviewer told me like he is the god there and he will decide what to ask. I politely told them their questions do not match JD at all. They did all the tantrums and threw all drama like celebs. I consider lucky not to work under such terrible people who do not have basic courtesy of being polite in the interview. In this interview there was no decency at all. Such people destroy the brand names of companies. I am 100% sure entire organization of Mphasis is much better than these rotten apples. My advice to anyone who is looking at the senior roles in cloud: Please be aware there are self-proclaimed gods who are sending you wrong JD and asking you all irrelevant questions just to destroy you in interview and take away all your motivation. Hold them responsible for JD that HR sends you.
