They make you to elaborate answers for their most common customer queries, searching in their website. Some can be difficult due to the lack of information they have in their FAQS.
Communication was clear and timely with all sufficient information of the position. Interview questions were quite relevant in my opinion. They have some tests to check your skills & experience, followed with online interview with the Hiring Manager and Head of Dept. Assessment process was consistent and fair.

Entrevista
The meeting process was in 3 steps. HR, Head of Department, and CEO. The 3 interviews were enough to see if the candidate was matched, If the candidate had the correct work experience and if the culture fit was correct within the company.
