I took the interview in mid 2024.
There are 3 rounds of interview. First it was technical interview with team lead and colleague. They asked you to introduce your experience and ask related questions. Second it was with more senior staff.
No information after second.

HR totally unprofessional. Ghosting candidate after asking a simple question. Avoid this company at all cost. Low salary and full of legacy stack. Probably the worst interviews in Hong Kong

They asked project experience and scenario-based questions. Those scenario-based questions are open-ended questions and I tried to clarify the scope and problem but they said it's part of the questions without further explanation. It sounds like they have already made a lot of assumptions about the questions and they have a model answer for their open-ended questions. But for candidates, actually, we don't know what they want. Maybe they want to look for candidates who have similar mindsets to them. imo, if you already have a model answer, you should not ask open-ended questions and reject other answers. If you do ask open-ended questions, then the interviewers should align the expectation with candidates through clarification. But from my experience, the interview just told me it's part of the questions and ignored my clarification questions.
