Initially there was a phone interview. They get to know you and make sure that you are energetic and enthusiastic. If you get past this, they will invite you to do an in person interview.

They asked about a past experience of a hardship you overcame.
Quick and easy, Went in and talked to the Hiring person and and to do an online personality test to help determine the team id go on. Was accepted and complete all of the forms in the lobby. All this in less than 3 hrs.
