I got a random text message late one night saying to call a number to arrange a screening interview. I called the next day and was answered by AI. It turned out it was the interview and even though the ai agent was quite good for what it was, I wasn’t expecting it to be the interview, it wasn’t screening it was more an actual tech interview, I was completely off balance and answered terribly (the nice robot gassed me up and told me I was doing amazing). It was a horrible experience, but reading the other reviews here, it was probably just as well they ghosted me.
