The interview process was warm and friendly. I was sent a list of the kinds of things I was likely to be asked. I felt relaxed and comfortable as the interviewers made me feel that way. The interview was conducted over Zoom in the late afternoon to accommodate a Canadian time zone. I also had a second interview with the line manager of the role.
