Me postulé a través de una agencia de empleos. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Movate (Chennai)
Entrevista
HR Ruth or any one can call to discuss your time for interview.
Interview depends on who is taking and for which process.
If it is for Juniper SSL or IC team(Radius) then questions will be on basic networking and SSL handshake process. Also questions can be asked on MCSE or radius or R&S basics. No one knows OSPF in detail or any other routing protocol.
If it is for EX or M&T then it's a bit tougher. People knows something here.
If a Tech Lead is interviewing you, it's more a trouble as they can give scenarios. I too take interviews. Don't write rubbish in your resume. Leads know Cisco and Juniper in-depth, so don't fool them by saying it is according to RFCs or it is Cisco Proprietary. Coz juniper typically follows RFCs and Cisco has some of its own flavors which working in TAC, leads are aware of it.
If the interview is taken by Manager which is a Tech Manager then you should be good at basics and theoretical knowledge of STP(all flavors), OSPF, VRRP or HSRP, port level security is an added advantage . BGP and MPLS is not required for EX but for M&T, you should definitely have it.
Don't flaunt in front of Tech Leads, say what you know, if you don't know anything say a 'No'.
It must always be expected from the candidate to say what he knows.
Don't fake interview, as 95% interviews are telephonic. if after joining leads or mangers trace ur real caliber then you will kicked out.
