Hello, this is Brad Kaunitz, Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at Movable Ink.
Please accept my sincerest apologies for your negative interview experience with Movable Ink. I strive to provide the best interview experience for each and every candidate we come in contact with and I take your feedback to heart and went back to research what happened. I followed up with the recruiter you worked with and she remembers the interaction.
Part of this was related to technical issues with our telephony provider that resulted in our voicemails being cutoff after a few seconds. I received similar feedback from others at that time. We resolved this issue some months back and this will not be an issue going forward.
Part of this also falls on the recruiter’s shoulders and she accepts responsibility. A prior meeting ran over into your scheduled time and she had to pull up your resume when you called to follow up. She also asked me to send along her apologies for coming off as disorganized and unprofessional. We've sometimes faced these scheduling issues during the company’s rapid growth. I want to apologize again and thank you for raising this issue as I want to make our interview process as frictionless as possible.
We do have new positions that have opened up since your application in March. Please feel free send an email to careers@movableink.com and I will follow up with you personally to see if there a fit.
