Started with HR and then progressed to multiple meetings with sales managers and sales peers. The issue with their process is you never gain any relationship with them. Its just a lot of repeat first interviews with different people with no feedback in between, just emails asking for more meetings. It felt like speed dating. I qualified out after meeting the sales management which are a nice bunch but very inexperienced and all having risen to position internally. Not a great deal of wider experience and I could see that they would be heavy into process to balance that.
