The entire process was very straightforward - communication with recruiting was outstanding throughout - every question answered promptly and completely. The interview process itself was also productive. The initial technical screen was over video conferencing and my interviewer was genuine in his responses and thoughtful with his questions - great discussion. The full interview panel consisted of several members of the Engineering Org across all levels - the theme continued - everyone asked relevant, thoughtful questions which lead to good discussion - we dove deep on some topics where necessary and spent time going over previous positions in detail.
