The interview was three people in different sessions about an hour each. Questions were situational as well as technical. There was a technical component where I was asked to used MapInfo, we proceeded in the exercise even after telling the interviewer I had not used the tool before. Even with that, they made it an OK experience and gleaned the information they needed from the session.
