Process was straight forward technical questions followed by a skills based assessment then interview. Overall was okay. Would recommend to anyone interested in pursuing a career in engineering. Be prepared for technical quetsions hold weighting

The interview included strengths-based questions, technical scenarios, and general “get to know you” questions. The technical part of the interview caught me off guard, but I did my best to address the scenario provided. Unfortunately, the feedback I received was shockingly negative. For every positive comment, there were three harsh criticisms. None of the feedback was constructive—it felt more like a personal attack, tearing me apart rather than offering guidance for improvement. I felt incredibly uneasy and anxious throughout the process. When answering the strengths-based questions, the interviewer actually told me, “You don’t need to give an example for every question you’ve clearly rehearsed,” and repeatedly made dismissive faces while I was speaking. It felt unprofessional and undermining. It seems they’ve forgotten this is a graduate position, not a project manager role. I have limited field experience and applied to learn, develop my skills, and grow within their team. This experience was truly awful, and I intend to escalate the feedback I received as it was entirely unnecessary and unhelpful.

The first round for the graduate program is approximately 15 minutes team meeting with the recruiter, basically more like a screening to know more about your previous experience during university periods and internship or other relevant experience.
