Interviewed in October 2020. Rejected after the first phase - situational interview. The interview scoped the usual actions that you'd be in during your work. The result was in form of a report that would summarise your personality traits. Although there were not necessarily any black or white answers to the questions, the assessment involved how close you're to the company's culture. This was the first time I've been rejected in a situational interview, so I'd say that it was "more difficult" than the usual situational ones.
