Applied online, got through a numerical test online then got invited to an interview. The interview went ok and was just an informal chat. They also asked me what problems the construction industry could be facing at this time.

Panel Interview, it was relaxed and conversational, discussed previous job experiences, a run down of the cv, aspirations, current projects being worked on, followed up with a few HR questions

Telephone interview with two members of staff. The whole process was rather informal with typical behavioral questions with a technical question I was asked to prepare beforehand. Flexible with scheduling a time.
