contacted by the hiring manager via phone and jumped into an impromptu interview. video conferencing interview arranged next week. it was supposed to be a group interview with the hiring manager and the team members the position works with, but when the interview starts only the same hm i spoke with showed up, and she didn't have anymore questions for me. at the end of the call i asked her if we're arranging another interview with the team members, she said she has some internal candidates and i'll be contacted by a recruiter later. that was a month ago and had not heard back from them.
