Hiring manager contacted me initially. I was scheduled for an onsite 4 hr. interview with 4 people. The interview was not very technical but more process and high level experience focused.

Walk-In Interview at a local hotel. One to One interview on Saturday. Hours later received call to come for second interview on Sunday. One hour later got the job offer. Company was expanding at the time maybe that's why it was easy.
