Time wasting at its finest. Almost 6 interviews to be told they are not interested as the fit is not right even after progressing and vetting 5 times before moving the candidate to the last round. If you are ambitious and hope to reach management level do not apply to this company as they will see that as a threat to their position and reject your application.

Entrevista
Their interview process was a bit strange and not very straightforward. First round was a typical phone screen. Second round though, they asked me to come onsite for a campus/shop tour and then a "informal meeting" about the role. This caught me off guard though because it ended up being a full blown interview. It felt really misleading. Finally, they took 3 weeks to get back to me saying that they wouldn't be moving forward. Note to future applicants: don't make the same mistake I did by assuming everything was so informal (their words).

Pretty standard behavioral stuff, but a lot of questions to gauge how interested I was in the role and whether I was a fit for their culture. They seemed to prioritize that upfront.
