Rigorous process with multiple rounds including a jam session. Rounds include HM screen, Leadership, Product jam session, Engineering collab, Data science collab, 2 Executive interviews. Questions include behavioural, problem solving based on scenarios. Jam session is on developing a product to solve a real world problem and presenting it to a cross-functional team.

First interview was a screening interview from an internal recruiter. She knew very little about the role and couldn’t answer basic questions like if there was travel required. The second interview was supposed to be 30 minutes with the hiring manager. It was rescheduled multiple times with little notice and then a couple of hours before the final interview time, I was notified by email that the role had been filled.
