Very Simple, first a phone screen with recruiter then they set up another call with a manager. The initial talk with the recruiter went very well and I felt great about the process and company. I have been in an industry which would pair well with this roll for 8+ years now and when it came time for the second phone interview with the manager I was beyond disappointed with what followed. He was late to calling me, which is really no big deal but i could barely hear him the entire time we spoke. I could tell he was busy doing other things while we talked including talking and laughing with people sitting next to him. He rushed thru the talk and then tried to get me off of the phone as quickly as possible- the whole process took all of 12 minutes. I have interviewed plenty the past month and this was the quickest second talk I had with any of the companies thus far it was also the most unprofessional one i had encountered. All of my excitement about the company and possible future with them was halted quickly when it was clear the interviewer wanted nothing to do with the process from the start. I truly feel that i was not given a real shot to move past this stage with before he even called me
